Jonathan is a distinguished second-generation REALTOR® with 18 years of active experience in the real estate industry and is a proud graduate of Pennsylvania State University. He holds a broker’s license in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.

Jonathan has served on numerous local, state, and national REALTOR® committees, including positions as local board president in Pennsylvania and Vice Chair of RPAC Fundraising for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®. His leadership extends to the PA and VA CRS Chapters and the National Real Estate Business Institute Board of Directors. He is an RPAC Golden R Major Investor and a member of the RPAC President’s Circle.

Currently, Jonathan actively works with buyers and sellers in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC markets with KW Metro Center. He is also a dedicated trainer within his brokerage, where he mentors new agents and enjoys educating clients about the intricacies of real estate transactions.

As the owner and operator of Queen Academy of Real Estate, a licensed real estate school in Virginia, Jonathan writes and teaches his own courses. He offers pre-licensing education and numerous courses from the NAR Center for REALTOR® Development through his academy.

Jonathan resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his partner, Tim, and their two dogs, Barnaby Tucker and Cornelius Hackl.
