Live/Virtual Classroom or Online
- Our classes are given in two formats- live/virtual or online. You can take the pre-licensing class either in a physical classroom or tune into the live stream of the class through Zoom. This allows students access to a live instructor and the opportunity to interact and ask questions.
- The online pre-licensing class is hosted completely online in our Digital Chalk platform. Students can work through the course on their own time and everything is housed within Digital Chalk.
Virginia Real Estate Board Approved Classes
All classes at Queen Academy of Real Estate are approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board. If a course is not approved or does not count for pre-licensing or continuing education, we will let you know.

Online Registration
Registration for all of our classes through our website on Digital Chalk. When you register for a class, you’ll be set up with a student portal. Your class will be appear in the portal and you can start right away!
Will you cancel a class for low attendance?
NO! We will not cancel for low attendance.
Payment/Refunds/Cancellation Policy
- Tuition must be paid in full on or before the first day of class. Tuition refunds will not be given except under special or unusual circumstances. Requests must be in writing and must be approved by the QARE President.
- In the event school has to cancel a class before the completion of the course, the student would be entitled to a full refund.
- Thereafter no refunds shall be processed unless approved by the QARE President. Tuition refunds for special or unusual circumstances, approved by the QARE President, shall be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for failing a course. Online-only courses are non-refundable. QARE does not refund for books or distance learning courses.
