This Virginia Real Estate Prep Course was specially designed by Jonathan Coles, a licensed Real Estate Instructor in Virginia. This prep course, paired with the Queen Academy 60-Hour Virginia Real Estate Pre-Licensing course and independent study, prepare test takers to pass the exam.

Passing the Virginia Real Estate Licensing exam is heavily dependent on each test taker’s understanding of the State and National material. The deep level of knowledge in the Real Estate field needed to pass the exam comes from thorough preparation, including completing a 60-hour licensing course, independent study, and this seven-hour classroom-style prep course. This course will review everything needed to pass the exam and ensure participants study and focus on the correct information required for the exam. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with other test takers to network and form additional study groups outside the classroom.

During this prep course, participants will review:

• Key terms and concepts from the Pre-Licensing Course
• Mathematical formulas likely to appear on the exam
• Study, test-taking, and exam time management techniques
• Simulated exam questions and rationales
