The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification Course is an interactive experience to help Realtors expertly negotiate and advocate for their clients. The course examines several types of negotiation formats and methods along with a full spectrum of tools, tips, techniques, and advantages provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their clients. RENE also includes various real-world negotiation scenarios to help students apply the tactics and techniques learned in the course.

Learning how to effectively use negotiation tactics and techniques while also recognizing when those same approaches to negotiation are being used against you requires practice. The exercises and simulations found in this course provide the foundational experience negotiators need to master the ability to effectively negotiate for their clients.
