estate industry. Its dynamic and interactive format facilitates open discussion among students, creating an opportunity

The first half of the course guides you in creating your online presence. You will examine the modern consumer and discover how to capture and convert these prospects into clients. You will study the various types of content that go into your online presence and learn about using keywords effectively to drive customers to your website.
In the second half of the course you will learn how to protect your online presence and keep data secure. This section discusses the importance of data privacy and security, as well as how to develop data privacy policies and procedures and fulfill legal responsibilities created by a data breach.
Military Relocation Professional Certification Course
The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.
NAR’s Green Designation is designed for agents looking to learn about issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate.

The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
